Terms of use

These terms cover the FitHaiBoss app for Android and iOS and this website, made by Big Helpers ("we", "us"). By installing or using FitHaiBoss you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What FitHaiBoss is
FitHaiBoss is a free reading app. It opens the PDFs and photographed pages you receive on WhatsApp or anywhere else and shows them fit to your screen, on your phone. FitHaiBoss is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the app opens.
2. Your documents
- Your documents are yours. They are rendered on your phone and never leave it. We cannot see them and never receive them.
- You are responsible for the documents you open, store, build or share with the app, and for having the right to do so. We are not responsible for their content.
- Documents listed from your WhatsApp folder are only referenced, never moved or deleted by the app. Keep your originals; do not treat the app as your only copy of anything.
3. Accounts
- An account is optional. "Just read for now" gives you every reading feature without one.
- If you sign in (phone OTP, Google, Apple or a passkey), keep your sign-in methods to yourself, give true details, and use one account per person. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, or by requesting it here. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- We may suspend or close an account that abuses the sign-in service or breaks these terms. The privacy policy explains what an account stores.
4. Reading tools are best-effort
Fit-to-width, trim margins, scan clean-up, deskew, night mode, photos-to-PDF and text recognition (OCR) are automatic. They can misjudge a page and OCR can misread or miss words. Today OCR reads English text; on Android it also reads Hindi (Devanagari), while on iPhone scanned Hindi pages are not recognised. Always check names, numbers and dates against the original before you rely on them. We give no warranty that any tool is accurate or complete.
5. FitHaiBoss Pro
"FitHaiBoss Pro" is shown in the app as coming soon. Nothing is charged today, there are no in-app purchases, and "Notify me" only records your interest. When paid features arrive, purchases will be made through Google Play or the App Store under their terms and refund rules, and these terms will be updated first.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the app, or interfere with how it works.
- Do not abuse the sign-in service: no automated or repeated OTP requests, no requests to numbers that are not yours, no probing of our servers.
- Do not use the app to break any law or anyone's rights.
7. Ending
You can stop using FitHaiBoss whenever you like. Uninstalling removes the app's private copies from your phone; deleting your account removes your server record. We may suspend or end your access to the sign-in service if you break these terms or abuse it, and we may change or withdraw features of the app.
8. Our responsibility
FitHaiBoss is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including loss of documents or reliance on recognised text. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the laws of India that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we announce material changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

ये शर्तें Android और iOS के FitHaiBoss ऐप और इस वेबसाइट पर लागू होती हैं, जिन्हें Big Helpers ("हम") ने बनाया है। ऐप इंस्टॉल या इस्तेमाल करने का मतलब है कि आप इन्हें मानते हैं। अगर आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया ऐप इस्तेमाल न करें।
1. FitHaiBoss क्या है
FitHaiBoss एक मुफ़्त पढ़ने वाला ऐप है। WhatsApp या कहीं और से मिली PDF और फ़ोटो खिंचे पन्ने यह आपके फ़ोन पर ही, स्क्रीन में फ़िट करके दिखाता है। FitHaiBoss का WhatsApp या Meta से कोई संबंध नहीं है। "WhatsApp" उसके मालिक का ट्रेडमार्क है और यहाँ सिर्फ़ यह बताने के लिए लिखा है कि ऐप क्या खोलता है।
2. आपके दस्तावेज़
- आपके दस्तावेज़ आपके हैं। वे फ़ोन पर ही खुलते हैं और कभी बाहर नहीं जाते। हम उन्हें न देख सकते हैं, न हमें मिलते हैं।
- आप जो दस्तावेज़ खोलते, रखते, बनाते या शेयर करते हैं, उनकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है, और यह भी कि आपको उनका हक़ है। उनकी सामग्री के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
- WhatsApp फ़ोल्डर से दिखाए गए दस्तावेज़ सिर्फ़ सूची में आते हैं; ऐप उन्हें कभी हटाता या हिलाता नहीं। अपनी मूल फ़ाइलें संभालकर रखें; ऐप को किसी चीज़ की इकलौती कॉपी न मानें।
3. खाता
- खाता वैकल्पिक है। "अभी सिर्फ़ पढ़ें" से बिना खाते के सब कुछ पढ़ा जा सकता है।
- अगर आप साइन-इन करें (फ़ोन OTP, Google, Apple या पासकी), तो अपने साइन-इन तरीके किसी को न दें, सही जानकारी दें, और एक व्यक्ति एक ही खाता रखे। खाते से हुई गतिविधि की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
- खाता कभी भी Settings → Account → Delete account से या यहाँ अनुरोध करके हटा सकते हैं। हटाना तुरंत होता है और वापस नहीं होता।
- जो खाता साइन-इन सेवा का दुरुपयोग करे या ये शर्तें तोड़े, उसे हम रोक या बंद कर सकते हैं। खाता क्या रखता है, यह गोपनीयता नीति में है।
4. पढ़ने के टूल अनुमान पर चलते हैं
चौड़ाई में फ़िट, हाशिये काटना, स्कैन की सफ़ाई, सीधा करना, नाइट मोड, फ़ोटो से PDF और टेक्स्ट पहचान (OCR) अपने-आप होते हैं। ये किसी पन्ने को ग़लत समझ सकते हैं, और OCR शब्द ग़लत पढ़ सकता है या छोड़ सकता है। अभी OCR अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ता है; Android पर हिंदी (देवनागरी) भी, जबकि iPhone पर स्कैन किए हिंदी पन्ने नहीं पढ़े जाते। नाम, नंबर और तारीख़ें मूल दस्तावेज़ से मिलाकर ही भरोसा करें। किसी टूल के सही या पूरे होने की हम कोई गारंटी नहीं देते।
5. FitHaiBoss Pro
"FitHaiBoss Pro" ऐप में "जल्द आ रहा है" के रूप में दिखता है। आज कुछ भी चार्ज नहीं होता, ऐप में कोई ख़रीदारी नहीं है, और "Notify me" सिर्फ़ आपकी रुचि दर्ज करता है। जब पेड फ़ीचर आएँगे, ख़रीदारी Google Play या App Store से उनकी शर्तों और रिफ़ंड नियमों के तहत होगी, और ये शर्तें पहले अपडेट की जाएँगी।
6. सही इस्तेमाल
- ऐप की नक़ल, बदलाव, रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, डीकंपाइल, बिक्री या पुनर्वितरण न करें, न उसके काम में दख़ल दें।
- साइन-इन सेवा का दुरुपयोग न करें: बार-बार या ऑटोमेटेड OTP नहीं, दूसरों के नंबर पर OTP नहीं, हमारे सर्वर की जाँच-पड़ताल नहीं।
- ऐप से कोई क़ानून या किसी का हक़ न तोड़ें।
7. समाप्ति
आप जब चाहें FitHaiBoss छोड़ सकते हैं। अनइंस्टॉल करने से ऐप की निजी कॉपियाँ फ़ोन से हट जाती हैं; खाता हटाने से सर्वर का रिकॉर्ड मिट जाता है। शर्तें तोड़ने या दुरुपयोग पर हम साइन-इन सेवा तक आपकी पहुँच रोक या ख़त्म कर सकते हैं, और ऐप के फ़ीचर बदल या हटा सकते हैं।
8. हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी
FitHaiBoss "जैसा है, वैसा" दिया जाता है। क़ानून जितनी छूट देता है, ऐप के इस्तेमाल से हुए किसी नुक़सान के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं, जिसमें दस्तावेज़ खोना या पहचाने गए टेक्स्ट पर भरोसा करना शामिल है। भारत के क़ानून के तहत आपके जो हक़ हटाए नहीं जा सकते, ये शर्तें उन्हें नहीं छीनतीं।
9. शर्तों में बदलाव
हम ये शर्तें अपडेट कर सकते हैं। ऊपर की तारीख़ तब बदलेगी, और बड़े बदलाव ऐप में या इस पेज पर बताए जाएँगे। बदलाव के बाद ऐप इस्तेमाल करते रहने का मतलब है कि आप उसे मानते हैं।
10. लागू क़ानून
इन शर्तों पर भारत का क़ानून लागू होता है।
