Privacy policy

The short version: your documents never leave your phone. FitHaiBoss never reads your chats or contacts. The only thing that talks to the internet is sign-in.

What the app does on your phone

• Opens PDFs and photos you tap in WhatsApp (or share to the app) and renders them locally.
• If you allow it (Android), reads the WhatsApp Media folder you pick, to list documents in your Inbox. The grant is one-time and revocable in Settings → Storage. Chats and contacts are never accessed.
• Stores copies, thumbnails, your reading position and stars in the app's private storage on the device only.

What our server stores (only if you sign in)

• Phone number (if you sign in with OTP or set a recovery phone), your name (if you enter one), and the e-mail address Google or Apple provides (if you use those). Passkey public keys. Session records and a short audit log (sign-ins, deletions).
• Nothing about your documents — not their names, content, hashes or counts.

Sign-in is optional: "Just read for now" gives you every reading feature without an account.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. OTP messages are delivered through our own SMS gateway (MSG91 as the carrier). Google and Apple sign-in tokens are verified on our server and not passed on. No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no tracking.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account any time in Settings → Account → Delete account: your server record and all identities, passkeys and sessions are removed immediately. Documents on your phone are yours; uninstalling the app deletes the app's private copies. You can also request deletion here.

Security

All traffic uses TLS. Sessions use short-lived tokens with rotating refresh tokens. Passkeys are stored as public keys only.

Children

FitHaiBoss is a general reading tool and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

गोपनीयता नीति

छोटा जवाब: आपके दस्तावेज़ कभी फ़ोन से बाहर नहीं जाते। FitHaiBoss आपकी चैट या कॉन्टैक्ट कभी नहीं पढ़ता। सिर्फ़ साइन-इन इंटरनेट इस्तेमाल करता है।

ऐप फ़ोन पर क्या करता है

• WhatsApp में टैप की गई (या ऐप में शेयर की गई) PDF और फ़ोटो फ़ोन पर ही खोलता है।
• अगर आप अनुमति दें (Android), तो आपका चुना हुआ WhatsApp Media फ़ोल्डर पढ़कर Inbox में दस्तावेज़ दिखाता है। अनुमति एक बार की है और Settings → Storage से हटाई जा सकती है। चैट और कॉन्टैक्ट कभी नहीं पढ़े जाते।
• कॉपी, थंबनेल, पढ़ने की जगह और स्टार सिर्फ़ फ़ोन के अंदर ऐप की निजी जगह में रहते हैं।

हमारा सर्वर क्या रखता है (सिर्फ़ साइन-इन करने पर)

• फ़ोन नंबर (OTP साइन-इन या रिकवरी फ़ोन पर), आपका नाम (अगर आप लिखें), और Google/Apple से मिला ई-मेल (अगर आप उनसे साइन-इन करें)। पासकी की सार्वजनिक कुंजी। सेशन और छोटा ऑडिट लॉग।
• आपके दस्तावेज़ों के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं — न नाम, न सामग्री, न गिनती।

साइन-इन वैकल्पिक है: "अभी सिर्फ़ पढ़ें" से बिना खाते के सब कुछ पढ़ा जा सकता है।

साझा करना

हम निजी डेटा बेचते या साझा नहीं करते। OTP हमारे अपने SMS गेटवे (MSG91) से जाता है। कोई एनालिटिक्स, कोई विज्ञापन SDK, कोई ट्रैकिंग नहीं।

हटाना

Settings → Account → Delete account से खाता कभी भी हटाएँ: सर्वर से सब कुछ तुरंत मिट जाता है। यहाँ भी अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
